Bluebell Farm

We have been selling our own farm reared meat at local farmers markets for over 15 years.  We produce chicken ‘the old fashioned way’ – the best quality additive free, slow growing chicken plus grass fed, dry hung Sussex beef, Southdown lamb and free range pigs.

JaJu Beans and Leaves

We work with talented roasters and expert tea masters trading directly with small farms and co-operatives. Our focus is premium craft- roasted single origin coffee and our own bespoke blends. We offer the highest quality loose leaf teas available and supply only whole or broken young leaves. We never do dust! All products ethically sourced and socially just, some organically certified and most cultivated that way.

Ashurst Organics

We currently grow more than 40 varieties of vegetable on fifteen acres. We also sell to local shops, cafes and caterers.

Greenway Fruit Farm

Our farm is in Herstmonceux growing a fantastic variety of apples and pears.

We have 40 acres of sandy, free draining Sussex land. The first apples and pears were planted in 1951. The advantage of supplying locally is that fruit can be picked ripe and sold fresh, which maximizes its taste, flavour and nutritional properties.

Laines Organic

Some thirty year or so ago a young Dutch Woman was cycling through West Sussex with an eye open looking for some good fertile land where she could start farming. She found that land near Cuckfield where Toos still grows delicious vegetable today.

Veaseys and Sons

Le Belhara fishes from Eastbourne harbour daily and uses a variety of methods for a good mixed catch. Depending on the seasons it catches anything from Sea Bass to Whelks. Our crew and boat are accredited by the Responsible Fishing Scheme, this scheme gives an assurance to the supply chain that fish from the vessel has been caught responsibly and sustainably. We are proud to be able to supply ourselves with the freshest local fish possible.

Vegan Peace Food

Mesto Artisan Olive Oil

On the southern side of the island of Crete, in the shadows of Mount Ida, the olive trees of Mestó grow under the Mediterranean sun. Mestó is a premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is made from a single variety of olive - the Greek Koroneiki with its distinctive golden green colour. It has a delicate and fruity flavour with a fresh grassy nose.

Owena's Farm Produce

From our farm in Hamsey, we offer our own grass fed Shetland lamb and free range pork. Our lamb are slow growing and feed off herb rich pastures. This improves flavour and gives the meat a much better flavour. We also offer mutton and hogget on our stall along with free range eggs.

Kabak Foods

Kabak is a catering company based in Lewes, East Sussex, specialising in ​Turkish, Middle Eastern and North African cooking. Our food is mainly vegetarian and vegan but we also use locally and ethically sourced meat in some of our dishes. 

Southdowns Dairy

Southdowns Dairy is a small artisan creamery making live natural yoghurt, fromage frais and whole milk at South Farm, Rodmell. We only use the milk from the farm so we know it comes from happy, healthy cows. The herd of British Friesians was established in 1929. Traditional and modern farming methods combine to produce beautiful, creamy, delicious milk. The cows graze outside on grass throughout the year and the extensive farming system means we don’t need to use artificial inputs to keep the cows healthy.
